500 CHVs Complete Advanced Malaria Training in Bomet

Over 500 Community Health Volunteers across Bomet County recently completed an advanced malaria training programme facilitated by Jipange in partnership with AMREF Health Africa. The training covered updated RDT protocols, case referral pathways, and door-to-door surveillance techniques — equipping CHVs to detect and respond to malaria cases faster than ever before.

The training took place across three wards and included practical field sessions. Follow-up supervisory visits are planned for later in 2026.
